The lucky draw feature lets you pick random winners from your event’s guest list — live on stage, with a spinning-wheel animation and a clear winner reveal. You can create multiple draws for one event, for example one round for VIP guests and one for everyone.
A lucky draw goes through six stages:
You can create multiple draws for a single event. Each draw is its own session, with its own name, prize list, and entry rules.
From the event detail page, open the lucky draw section and tap the create button. You give the draw a name, for example “Gala giveaway”.
Each draw has three states:
| State | Meaning | What you can do |
|---|---|---|
| Draft | Being set up, not locked | Edit name, add/edit/remove prizes, change rules, delete the draw |
| Active | Locked, ready to spin or spinning | Open presentation, run the draw |
| Completed | All prizes have been drawn | View results |
Once you have added prizes and entry rules, tap activate in the draw’s menu. The draw moves from draft to active and is ready to spin. After activation you cannot edit the setup — you can only draw, re-draw, and view results.
While the draw is still a draft, you add prizes one by one. Each prize needs three things:
You can narrow the pool of eligible guests with one rule:
When this is on, only guests who have had their ticket scanned and are inside the venue are entered into the draw. This is the most common choice for events with on-site giveaways — you do not want someone who never showed up to win a prize.
When the draw is active, open presentation from the draw’s menu. The screen switches to a dark, full-page layout suited to projecting on a big screen on stage. You can toggle true fullscreen from the corner button.
The presentation shows the prize currently being drawn. Tap the start button — the wheel spins for about three seconds, then stops and reveals the winner with the guest’s name, ticket tier, and prize.
The winner is chosen completely at random from the eligible pool, with no preference for anyone. Each spin, the system:
When a prize needs multiple winners, you tap draw again to pull the next winner for that same prize. Once the prize has all its winners, the system moves on to the next prize by rank automatically. Keep tapping draw until every prize is filled.
When all prizes are drawn, the screen shows a completion message and a summary list of winners.
After a winner is revealed, you have a short window to decide:
You might re-draw because the winner is not in the room, will not come up on stage, or because of a mix-up. When you re-draw:
You can re-draw multiple times for the same prize if needed.
When all prizes have been drawn, the presentation shows a summary with the winners list: each guest’s name and the prize they won. Take a screenshot or record this summary so you can cross-check when handing out prizes.
Guests who were picked but then replaced by a re-draw do not appear in the summary — only the final winner of each prize is kept.
