Event Check-in Overview
The Event Check-in feature lets organizers manage guest entry with QR codes. Each guest receives an e-ticket with a unique QR code; door staff scan it with the Scanner app, the system records entries in real time, and scanning keeps working even when the device goes offline.
Two main roles
Section titled “Two main roles”- Organizer — uses the CMS at app.qrs.com.vn to create events, configure doors, issue tickets, and view reports.
- Door staff — uses the Scanner app on the Portal at portal.qrs.com.vn to scan guests’ QR codes at the door.
