After an event ends, you can export all check-ins to a CSV, Excel (.xlsx), or PDF file for archival, reconciliation, or further processing in Excel / Google Sheets. The CSV and Excel files contain full details of each check-in and check-out, including guest, door, time, and sync status.
Each row corresponds to one check-in. The table below lists every column:
| Column | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Guest name | The guest’s full name |
| The email the guest registered with | |
| Phone | The guest’s phone number (if any) |
| Ticket tier | The ticket type (e.g. VIP, Standard) |
| Check-in time | When the guest entered |
| Check-out time | When the guest left (if check-out is enabled) |
| Door | The door the guest passed through |
| Check-in method | How the guest was checked in: QR scan, kiosk, or manual lookup |
| Scanner | The staff member / device that performed the scan |
| Sync status | Currently always reads “synced” |
The Sync status column tells you whether that check-in has been recorded on the server:
| Status | Meaning | What to do |
|---|---|---|
| Synced | The check-in was successfully recorded on the server | Nothing — the data is safe. |
This column currently always reads “synced”. Every check-in is recorded on the server; if an offline-replayed scan arrives for a ticket that already has a check-in for the event, the duplicate is dropped (not stored) and the original check-in stays valid.
Alongside the check-in file, you can also export the full guest list of an event — including guests who never arrived, guests whose invitations have not been sent, and any custom fields you added when building the registration form (for example: company, t-shirt size, an internal customer ID of your own).
Use the file to reconcile the invitation list, send a post-event email, or import it into your accounting CRM.
Each row is one guest. Beside the default columns (Guest name, Email, Phone, Ticket tier, Companion Of, Invitation status, Checked In, Checked In At, Ticket Link, RSVP Status, RSVP Responded At), the file adds a dedicated column for each custom field — named exactly with the label you set when creating the form question.
| Column | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Name | The guest’s full name |
| The email the guest registered with | |
| Phone | The guest’s phone number (if any) |
| Ticket tier | The ticket type (e.g. VIP, Standard) |
| Companion Of | On a companion’s row: the email of the primary guest they belong to; empty on primary rows and guests without companions |
| Invitation status | Sent / pending / bounced / cancelled / unsubscribed / waitlisted |
| Checked In | Yes / No — whether the guest has entered |
| Checked In At | When the guest checked in |
| Ticket Link | A direct link to the guest’s ticket page |
| RSVP Status | Yes / No — the guest’s answer to the RSVP attendance ask; empty when no ask was answered |
| RSVP Responded At | When the guest last answered the RSVP ask |
| Custom fields | Each question you added to the form (company, t-shirt size, internal ID…) gets its own column |
In the event’s Scanners section you can download a CSV summarising the recent activity of your scanner fleet — the latest check-ins with guest, ticket tier, door passed, and entry time. It is handy for a quick check that each scanner is on the right door and processing the right volume.
| Column | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Guest name | The guest who was scanned |
| The guest’s email | |
| Ticket tier | The guest’s ticket type |
| Door | The door the guest passed through when scanned |
| Check-in time | When the guest entered |
